Wyoming's Grassroots Music Festival – July 25th & 26th 2025 The WHAT Festival is turning 20! 🎉 Since 2004, this grassroots, community-powered event has brought together people from across Wyoming and the Mountain West to celebrate music, arts, and connection in one of the most beautiful and rural parts of the country.
